Mia’s book has given me hope that I can starting sleeping through the night again. My hope is that by balancing my brain chemistry and hormones, I will sleep without having to use ’sleeping pills’. Her book is straightforward and easy to understand and I can’t wait to get started!

I highly recommend her book. It’s super-easy to read and very informative. It explains women’s body chemistry, and how the female hormones, adrenals, thyroid and neurotransmitters all interact and affect each other, creating various physical and emotional symptoms. There are charts and tools you can use to understand your own body/brain as well as recommendations of how to go about getting help using the appropriate supplements, foods, bioidentical hormones and lifestyle changes. 5 stars!!!

Mia Lundin is the real thing. She knows what she’s doing with bioidentical hormone replacement. This book is a way for hormone imbalanced women to feel better.
